How do you secure the bounce house so it won't blow away?
Would it give you peace of mind to know we utilize heavy-duty, 18″ commercial-grade steel stakes or 200lbs+ of sandbags for every setup? We monitor local wind speeds in real-time and won’t compromise your guests’ safety for a booking.
Is the equipment sanitized or just 'hosed off'?
Have you ever noticed a ‘gym smell’ on a rental? We avoid that by using sensitive skin friendly botanical disinfectants during the washing process, ensuring your bounce house or water slide arrives in great condition.
Can you set up on concrete or only on grass?
Are you planning a driveway or parking lot event, or even indoors? No matter the surface, as long as we can easily gain access to the area, we can accommodate.Â
Do I need to provide the power and water?
To ensure a seamless setup, do you have a standard 110v outlet and a water spigot within 50-75 feet of the site? We provide all heavy-duty extension cords and professional-grade hoses so you don’t have to. If no power source available, a generator would be needed.
Wait... will I be charged a 'Wet Fee' if it starts raining?
No, we do not charge if a unit gets wet from rain. A ‘Wet Fee’ only applies if a ‘Dry Use Only’ unit is intentionally used with water, or if a water-option unit is utilizing water features.
