I ordered some chairs and tables to be delivered on 5/23/26. They were scheduled to be delivered 12:00. They gave me a window between 12:00 and 1:00. I got back from the store and noticed the table and chairs sitting outside in the rain in front of my garage. I asked my wife if anybody rang the bell or knocked on the door she said no. I called lanier rental and a lady answered the phone. I asked her if they're supposed to do the setup of the tables and chairs, she said yes. Then I said so why am I tables and chairs sitting outside in the rain. She then asked for my name when I told her she proceeded to say "well my driver said nobody was home". I explained to her that I have a house full of people and that the driver didn't ring the bell or knock on the door because I have a cameras that would notify me. She then tells me that there was no cars outside that's why he left them by the garage. I explained to her again I have a camera that can prove that there were cars there aswell. Now she says well the setup is courtesy only if the drivers have time to do that. First it was because nobody was there and now that I can prove that somebody was there it's a courtesy. So I asked her which one is it? She kept on repeating to me that all I can do is go off of what my driver tells me and my drivers are responsible. So I asked her if she thought I was lying and her response was well I'm not there to verify am I. At this point I ask to speak to someone else and she replied that she's a manager. I felt like I was wasting my time because she was very unprofessional. She also stated she would call back after she spoke to her drivers. It's Wednesday and I haven't received a call. It's crazy that the day of an event we had to stand in the garage and dry tables and chairs just to bring them inside the house. Also pick up a schedule for next day at 9:00 a.m. the driver didn't get there till after 8pm. I asked the driver if he rang the bell when he delivered? He said no and that he didn't see nobody outside so he left them by the garage. He was apologetic and understanding. I tried leaving him a tip but he didn't have cash app or zelle. Tables and chairs were in great condition, no complaints there. Just a lack of communication and an unprofessional manager.

We saw them at a public event with bounce houses, obstacle courses, free cotton candy and popcorn! They were kind and friendly, they made sure to watch and maintain the bounce houses for safety. Will definitely use them and recommend them in the future!

Lanier provided the bounce houses for the neighborhood swim party. Set up was prompt and ahead of schedule. Bounce houses were great!

My 8yr old was absolutely in love with the Ice Castle. The whole experience was easy and professional. The website was straight and to the point, the delivery was on time and set up was fast. They set up long before the guest arrived and with 6 hours access, my daughter was able to jump until her heart was content. I would highly recommend this company and can't wait to book with them again.
