• Notice deadline: To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us by 8:00 a.m. three (3) days before your event.

• Late cancellations: If you cancel after this deadline, no refund will be issued, and the full rental amount is still due.

• Deposit: If you cancel within five (5) days of your event, your deposit will not be refunded. However, it may be applied as a credit toward a future event.

• Earlier cancellations: If you cancel seven (7) or more days before your event, you may be eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding your deposit.

• Rescheduling: If you postpone your event, some or all of your payments may be applied toward a rescheduled event. Approval depends on how much notice you provide and the availability of equipment and activities for your new date.

**Balloon Garlands, event attendants, face painters, balloon artists, cake, cupcake, cookies, characters, or magicians are non-refundable.
