Do bounce houses have to be installed on grass?

We can install our inflatables on a variety of surfaces, including grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, and even indoor locations, as we offer a diverse range of anchoring systems suitable for each scenario. During the reservation process, it would be helpful if you could inform us of the kind of surface where your inflatable rental will be positioned. For grass installations, we use long steel stakes to anchor the inflatables, while for non-grass surfaces or indoor setups, sandbags are our preferred anchoring solution.

What type of events do we provide for?

Our units are an excellent choice for all sorts of gatherings, occasions, and celebrations! Our extensive collection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units can be seen at a wide variety of events. These include, but are not limited to, birthday parties, church festivals, philanthropic events, business functions, corporate picnics, school field days, grand opening celebrations, family reunions, summer camps, and so many more!

Do you have a cleaning policy?

Absolutely! We place the utmost importance on cleanliness. We are dedicated to ensuring that whatever equipment you are renting from is safe, well-kept, and hygienic. Each of our units is meticulously cleaned with commercial-grade cleaners, disinfectants, and sanitizers after every single rental. Following the cleaning process, we conduct a comprehensive inspection of each unit to confirm it is indeed thoroughly clean.

Refund Policy?
  • More than 5 days before the event: You are eligible for a full refund.
  • Less than 5 days before the event: Your deposit is non-refundable.
  • On the day of scheduled event: No payment(s) will be refunded.
When do I pay?

Should a deposit be necessary, it will be collected at the time of checkout. This deposit contributes towards the overall balance of your payment. Please ensure that the final payment for the rental equipment is completed at least one day prior to the arranged event date.
